Home Inspection

The ENC HomeWorks Home Inspector contractors provide a comprehensive inspection performed according to the North Carolina Home Inspectors Standards of Practice and Code of Ethics. Each Inspector contractor has agreed to deliver a comprehensive inspection report to you within 24 hours of the day of inspection with detailed pictures and clear explanations of the findings.

Who we send out to your home is a reflection of who we are as a company. Many local Home Inspectors are self run "mom & pop" shops who have no one holding them accountable aside from themselves. At ENC HomeWorks, we have a higher set of standards. All ENC HomeWorks Home Inspector contractors are up to date on their licensers, certifications, and continuing education. They are required to have a background check as well as insurance. Additionally they have demonstrated an exemplary skillset.

Our standard home inspection covers:

  • Foundation, Slabs, and Framing
  • Roof, Gutters, and Chimneys
  • Doors, Windows, Trim, and Siding
  • Driveways and Sidewalks
  • Garages, Carports, and Exterior Buildings
